Kneel Behind Your Savior - Issue 3

Welcome back to Wisdom for the Worshiping Warrior.
The arrows are flying.
Fear, fatigue, and doubt seek the gaps in your armor.
You were never meant to fight uncovered.
Christ is your Savior, Strength, and Shield.
Behind His defense, every arrow shatters before it strikes.
He absorbs the impact so you can press forward.
Victory starts with who guards you, not how hard you swing.
The Word
Your Rock. Your Fortress. Your Shield.
“The Lord is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer,
My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge;
My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”
Psalm 18:2 (NASB)
The Warfare
Spiritual arrows aim at every crack in your defense.
The enemy sneers, “You don’t need a Savior.”
He whispers, “Your own strength will carry you.”
He scoffs, “The shield of faith is only decoration.”
Anxiety, confusion, and despair blur your sight.
Arrows hiss before you can react.
Will you cling to pride, or kneel behind the Shield that never fails?
The Wisdom
What you need is already yours in Christ.
You were never meant to fight alone.
Your Savior stands ready. His strength is yours. His shield is within reach.
But armor left hanging stops no arrows.
Lift it, live it, and point to the refuge you’ve found.
Here’s your charge this week:
Trust the Savior – At sunrise, thank Jesus for rescuing you. Praise Him for the cross.
Draw His Strength – Read Psalm 18:2 at lunch and pray, “Lord, be my strength today.”
Raise the Shield – Before bed, picture lifting a shield of faith over one area of attack and ask God to deflect every arrow.

Closing Charge
Kneel before the Cross.
Let the Savior shield you from every blow.
Stand your ground, Warrior.
